It's that time of year! Classic cars, Christmas lights and Santa Claus!
The 10th Annual Community Ho Ho Parade is ready take to the streets as 35 classic and unique decorated vehicles escort Santa and Mrs. Claus through the city of San Bernardino.
The 2022 Parade Season:
Monday, Dec. 5th starts at First Christian Church of San Bernardino at 2102 Foothill Drive East, San Bernardino and ends at Nunez Park at 1717 W 5th Street, San Bernardino.
Tuesday, Dec. 6th starts at Western Region Little League Headquarters at 6707 Little League Dr, San Bernardino and ends at Wildwood Park at 536 E 40th Street, San Bernardino.
Wednesday, Dec. 7th starts at Blair Park at 1466 W Marshall Blvd, San Bernardino and ends at The Miracle on Court Street event at 349 N E St, San Bernardino.
Thursday, Dec. 8th starts at the San Bernardino Railroad and History Museum at 1170 W 3rd St, San Bernardino and ends at Perris Hill Senior Center at 780 E 21st St, San Bernardino.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at start location of each parade at 5:00PM for children to visit with Santa, get a photo and a candy cane. At 5:45PM they will get into their Mustang Convertible to cruise in the parade which begins at 6:00PM.
Once the parade at arrives at the arrival party (approx. 8:00PM) kids can meet with Santa and Mrs. Claus for a photo with Santa and a candy cane.
Joining Santa in the parades will be The Grinch, Frosty the Snowman, and Rudolph the Reindeer along with Olaf the Snowman and two new additions to the parade this year – Anna & Elsa from Frozen.
Santa will be keeping parade fans up-to-date on his location during the parade on our Facebook account (The Community Ho Ho Parade) and on our Twitter account (@HoHoParade).
Our San Bernardino community is getting involved by hosting arrival and departure parties for the parades! We would like to thank the Belvedere Neighborhood Association, Blair Park Neighborhood Association, DMV Neighborhood Association, First Christian Church of San Bernardino, Muscupiabe Neighborhood Association, NorthPark Neighborhood Association, the San Bernardino History and Railroad Museum, the Spirit of Our Savior Luthern Church, Verdemont Neighborhood Association, Western Region Little League Headquarters, Wildwood Park Neighborhood Association, and the YMCA of San Bernardino for hosting these events.
The movie ‘Frozen’ will be shown at Nunez Park on Monday the 5th, ‘The Polar Express’ at Wildwood Park on Tuesday the 6th, and ‘Abominable’ at Perris Hill Senior Center/YMCA on Thursday the 8th. All movies will start at 6:15PM.
